These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Workfuse platform, products, and websites (collectively, "Services") operated by Workfuse, Inc. ("Workfuse", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Institutional Terms
By accessing or using any Workfuse Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organisation. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use our Services.
2. Description of Services
Workfuse provides enterprise SaaS products including FuseHR, AssetFuse, FuseDesk, and SnapFuse. Some Services are free (SnapFuse), while others require a paid subscription (enterprise products launching May 18, 2026).
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable law or institutional regulation
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of Workfuse or third parties
- Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code or tactical threats
- Engage in data scraping, crawling, or automated extraction without permission
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
4. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials within the Services are owned by or licensed to Workfuse. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
5. Enterprise Subscriptions
Enterprise products (FuseHR, AssetFuse, FuseDesk) are offered under separate Master Service Agreements (MSA). Those agreements, together with these Terms, govern your use of enterprise products.
6. Disclaimers & Availability
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WORKFUSE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
